Job summary

Medline is seeking a Director, Product Master Data Management to shape the enterprise data strategy and build a trusted product data foundation that supports growth, compliance, and AI initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to elevate data governance and quality across SAP, Informatica, and downstream platforms.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, managing budgets, and implementing a centralized Center of Excellence for product data, driving automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years data management experience.
• At least 2 years in people management; hiring, developing and directing staff.
• Experience with SAP and Informatica.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the master data strategy and operating model for product data.
• Establish a centralized Master Data Center of Excellence and govern policies, taxonomy, and data quality.
• Drive governance, automation, taxonomy, and ownership boundaries across the organization.
• Define KPIs, report data quality and program value to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
• Shape Medline's data roadmap and strategy for enterprise-wide data assets.
