We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in developing and executing impactful marketing initiatives that drive expansion, retention, engagement, and advocacy across our customer base. In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales to craft and deliver compelling customer campaigns and content that elevate the customer experience, fuel product adoption, and turn satisfied customers into passionate advocates.

We’re looking for individuals that thrive in autonomy and with an ownership mindset. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and customer-obsessed marketer with strong experience in B2B SaaS ortechnology. You’ll manage a range of initiatives—from lifecycle campaigns to advocacy programs to success story development—and play a key part in improving customer outcomes and increasing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Expansion & Retention

  • Plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns that promote product features, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and long-term value.
  • Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate feature releases, product enhancements, and best practices that drive adoption and retention.




Increase Engagement

  • Build and manage multi-channel communications (email, in-app, webinars, etc.) that keep customers informed, active, and empowered.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to produce self-serve enablement content and resources.




Foster Advocacy

  • Identify and nurture customer champions to fuel reviews, referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Manage and scale advocacy programs, including reference programs, advisory councils, and user groups.




Tell Customer Stories

  • Work cross-functionally to source, write, and promote compelling customer success stories and case studies that highlight product impact and ROI.
  • Partner with the Content and PR teams to amplify success stories across web, campaigns, and media.




Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Align closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand customer goals, health scores, and opportunities for strategic engagement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and value propositions across all customer communications.




Measure & Optimize

  • Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Reachdesk, Monday.com to manage marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer insights to continuously refine strategies and support churn reduction and bookings growth.




Required Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or B2B lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and customer success.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Reachdesk, similar tools).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement.
  • A creative, strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
