Job Summary

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on content development, event marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to create compelling marketing materials, drive brand awareness, and support our go-to-market efforts in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Marketing Communications

  • Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and solution briefs
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Write and edit website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visual assets and marketing collateral
  • Support PR initiatives and thought leadership content development

Event Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Plan and execute event marketing strategies for trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Coordinate booth presence, speaking opportunities, and event logistics
  • Develop event-specific marketing materials and follow-up campaigns
  • Manage virtual and in-person event experiences to maximize lead generation
  • Track and analyze event ROI and performance metrics

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Support demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
  • Collaborate on paid advertising initiatives and content distribution
  • Help optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
  • Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives for key prospects

Cross-Functional Support & Analysis

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts
  • Support sales enablement with updated materials and training resources
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
  • Assist with CRM (Hubspot) management and lead scoring processes

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS companies
  • Experience with content marketing, event marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Proven ability to create compelling marketing materials and copy
  • Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a strong plus

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Experience with content management systems and basic design tools
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and metrics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing and complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Experience with video content creation and webinar management
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of architectural or construction industry trends and challenges
