Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Marketing Communications
- Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and solution briefs
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Write and edit website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visual assets and marketing collateral
- Support PR initiatives and thought leadership content development
Event Marketing & Brand Presence
- Plan and execute event marketing strategies for trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Coordinate booth presence, speaking opportunities, and event logistics
- Develop event-specific marketing materials and follow-up campaigns
- Manage virtual and in-person event experiences to maximize lead generation
- Track and analyze event ROI and performance metrics
Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Support demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
- Collaborate on paid advertising initiatives and content distribution
- Help optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
- Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives for key prospects
Cross-Functional Support & Analysis
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts
- Support sales enablement with updated materials and training resources
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Assist with CRM (Hubspot) management and lead scoring processes
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS companies
- Experience with content marketing, event marketing, and digital campaigns
- Proven ability to create compelling marketing materials and copy
- Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a strong plus
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Experience with content management systems and basic design tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and metrics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing and complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Experience with video content creation and webinar management
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of architectural or construction industry trends and challenges
