You'll execute integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our reach through partner channels while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Job Summary

You'll execute integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our reach through partner channels while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Positioning & Go-to-Market

  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for Acelab's platform and its features
  • Contribute towards product launch strategies and coordinate cross-functional GTM execution
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy

Industry Partnership Development & Management

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management
  • Help develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners
  • Drive partner engagement and performance through clear communication, training, and metrics tracking
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that extend market reach and support customer success
  • Maintain partner materials, collateral, and enablement resources

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, CX, Partner Success, Partner Sales, and Marketing teams to align on shared goals
  • Establish feedback loops between users groups, partners, CX teams, and product development
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing programs and partner performance
  • Support competitive intelligence and market trend analysis
  • Provide insights to leadership teams based on partner feedback and market signals

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5-7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in technology solutions and in the AEC industry
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and GTM execution
  • Experience marketing to technical and business decision-makers, a bonus if in the architecture space
  • Demonstrated success in partner relationship management and channel enablement

Skills

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with capacity to translate technical concepts into value for the AEC space
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent project management, communication, and relationship management skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Experience with CRM systems and partner management tools (Hubspot)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
  • Experience in product marketing or channel partnerships
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and partnership management platforms
  • Experience with contract negotiation and partnership structuring
