Job summary

Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is seeking an Account Executive, Loyalty & Events to join our marketing team in Hollywood, FL. You will drive loyalty initiatives, plan consumer-facing events, and create engaging communications to grow member participation.

You will collaborate across departments, manage budgets, and travel as needed to deliver premium guest experiences for Scenic and Emerald Cruises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role.
• Prior event planning (planning & executing) highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Loyalty Program Management: Update and drive loyalty initiatives across US & LATAM; support engagement, retention, and advocacy.
• Consumer Events & Experiences: Plan and execute Insider Sessions and loyalty member events; coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics.
• Customer Engagement & Communications: Create marketing content and personalized communications to nurture relationships and drive participation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure loyalty and event performance, generate insights for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Contact Center, Revenue Management and external partners to deliver experiences.
