Job summary

Premier Stair & Door is seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, help select products, place orders, quote prices, schedule deliveries and installations, and ensure accurate data entry.

You will input orders, codes, and pricing into the system, create builder sales tickets, and handle credits or returns as needed while maintaining reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED/College required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations.
• Complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-up.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders.
• Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
• Creates sales tickets for builders.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed; Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
