Job summary

Working across teams, you turn insights into practical improvements, coordinate with Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, Product and IT, and support launches that enhance engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 3+ years in consumer or customer experience, journey mapping, or related function.
• 4+ years preferred, including exposure to lifecycle management and e-commerce.
• Ability to map journeys and translate needs into practical improvements.
• Comfort using feedback, trends, and data to prioritize opportunities and drive actions.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Journey Mapping: Develop current and future state maps across lifecycle stages.
• Consumer Insights: Analyze feedback, behavior, and experience metrics to identify friction.
• Recommendations: Translate findings into concise briefs and clear actions.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Lead reviews with multiple teams to align roadmaps.
• Roadmap Coordination: Help prioritize opportunities and track milestones.
• Launch Readiness: Assess impact of new tools and campaigns on the journey.
