Job summary

Marine View Cold Storage is seeking a Customer Inventory Position to support reception, shipping/receiving, inventory, and billing activities. You will greet visitors and customers, prepare documents, manage inventory records, and assist accounts receivable with past-due invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience as an office clerk or similar role.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and orders and to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational, math, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Maintain confidentiality and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Reception: greet visitors by phone and in person and route to appropriate department.
• Assist walk-in customers with Ice and Bait purchases.
• Shipping/receiving: prepare bills of lading and file related paperwork.
• Inventory: maintain month-end inventories and answer questions.
• Billing: prepare invoices for shipping, production work orders, and storage transfers.
