Job summary

RealCold is seeking an Inventory Control & Office Team Member to maintain accurate stock levels in a fast-paced cold-storage environment. You will perform counts, investigate discrepancies, and support daily warehouse operations while keeping safety and teamwork at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with warehouse equipment and MS Office, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll thrive in a team setting and contribute to efficient, reliable cold-chain logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cycle counting in a warehouse management system, researching inventory issues and discrepancies preferred.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, high reach, and cherry pickers.
• Understanding of basic warehouse inventory functions
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience warehouse management systems preferred.
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
