Job summary

Oriental Bank is seeking an Advisor, Customer Intelligence (Process Improvement) to drive data-driven process enhancements within Customer Intelligence & Operations. Reporting to the Team Lead or Manager, you will map current and future state processes, analyze metrics, and develop efficient workflows that improve productivity and compliance.

The role is hybrid, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong English and Spanish communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement or re-engineering.
• Understanding of lean methodologies and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Office 365 tools and data visualization (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Track initiatives, measure impact, and report progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Support audits and respond to regulatory changes.
