Job summary

Oriental is seeking a Junior Business Architect to support Operational Excellence initiatives through PEGA-based automation. You will translate business requirements into scalable low-code workflows and work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting solution design, Agile delivery activities, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, automation, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with Pegasystems CRM or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to learn low-code concepts and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Support design, configuration, and implementation of automated solutions.
• Analyze requirements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality documentation.
• Support testing and deployment of automation solutions.
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
