• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.
• PCBA certification within the first year of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and implement automated CRM solutions on low-code platforms for low- to medium-complexity processes.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and test artifacts.
• Support testing and ensure deliverables meet quality standards before implementation and at sprint end.
• Collaborate to deploy and drive adoption of automation solutions.
• Model processes and document automated workflows across the organization.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Provide project updates and reports on metrics and monitoring.
