SymphonyAI Industrial, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Customer Insights to partner with clients and internal teams. You will turn data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable results while balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work with minimal direction.

You will lead client workstreams, translate outputs into business actions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Training teams to drive adoption of AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer insights, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, and business data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead projects from scoping through delivery and follow-up.
• Connect insights to business priorities, outcomes, and measurable value.
