Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer insights, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Lead projects from scoping through delivery and follow-up.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Training to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Ensure high-quality work, manage priorities, and raise risks early.
