Job summary

Greenheck Group, a dynamic HVAC manufacturer, seeks a motivated Student Co-op to join our Customer Insights team for eight months (January–August or May–December). You will work full-time to support customer and market research, VOC projects, and data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

This role offers hands-on experience across cross-functional teams, training content development, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and support customer-focused recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly.
• Curiosity and a desire to better understand customers, markets, and business challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project work.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in customer research, business strategy, data analysis, process improvement, or Voice of Customer work.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support customer and market research to better understand customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.

In addition to competitive pay, co-ops receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support through a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
