Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Customer Insights Co‑op in the United States for an 8‑month term, starting January or May. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer and market research, VOC projects, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a focus on turning insights into business impact.

The position is a full‑time internship supporting CAPS scoping, training content development, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program.
  • On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and support customer‑focused recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer and market research to understand customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to Voice of Customer (VOC) projects and translate customer feedback into insights.
  • Analyze customer, market, and business data to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that support business strategy, product development, and organic growth.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams across the organization on customer‑focused projects and initiatives.
  • Support CAPS scoping and testing, including gathering information, documenting findings, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of internal training content and resources based on research and project findings.
  • Present research findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way for business stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening how customer and market insights are gathered and used.

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Customer Insights Co‑op from January to August OR May to December. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Support customer and market research to better understand customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.

  • co‑ops receive paid time off for company‑observed holidays
  • co‑ops are eligible for additional financial support through a housing allowance or sign‑on bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks.
