Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a motivated Customer Insights Co‑op in Wisconsin for January–August or May–December. You will support customer and market research, contribute to Voice of Customer projects, analyze data, and develop insights to drive strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science)
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and support customer‑focused recommendations
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly
• Curiosity and a desire to better understand customers, markets, and business challenges
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project work
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Support customer and market research to understand customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.
• Contribute to Voice of Customer (VOC) projects and translate feedback into insights.
• Analyze customer, market, and business data to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
• Develop insights and recommendations to support business strategy, product development, and growth.

• Develop internal training content and resources based on research findings.
• Present research findings, insights, and recommendations for business stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Customer Insights Co-op, you will support customer and market research while gaining hands‑on experience in a strategic, cross‑functional environment.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.

In addition to competitive pay, co‑ops receive paid time off for company‑observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support through a housing allowance or sign‑on bonus.
