The Customer Insights Analyst role will transform customer and operational data into clear, actionable insights for our Payer Retrieval business, partnering with Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to develop dashboards and respond to business questions.

You will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build Sigma dashboards and reports, and translate findings into recommendations that improve customer

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, or operations analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Sigma dashboards, recurring reports, and performance summaries with visibility into key metrics.
• Use SQL to retrieve, join, and analyze data for reporting and decision support.
• Monitor KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights for Customer Success and Operations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer questions about customer performance, medical record retrieval, and business trends.
• Create presentations and visual stories to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
