Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with the ACE pillars.
• Assist with in-store visual standards, stock replenishment and floor moves.
• Process deliveries and support stock takes to keep products available.
• Engage customers, promote multichannel options and sign up emails where appropriate.
• Support in events and promotions and participate in team briefs.
