Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences on the high street. You will work with the Shop Manager to ensure top-notch shop standards, commercial performance and staff development.

The role requires weekend availability on a 24-hour contract and a proactive, team-oriented approach to store operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service aligned with ACE pillars.
• Coach the team and drive email sign ups and multichannel shopping.
• Maintain high visual standards and assist with floor moves and replenishment.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions and trading weeks.
• Organise shop operations and support team wellbeing and development.
• Support management with safety, stocktakes and store documentation.
