Enterprise Holdings in Astoria, NY is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative Sr to deliver high-level customer service, assist both internal and external customers, and provide administrative support for branch and rental needs.

The role is full-time in a non-airport branch, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour and opportunities for merit-based increases. Comprehensive benefits and employee discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Two years of college and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted US driver's license required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must live within a reasonable commute to the Astoria location within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot with prescribed, friendly dialogue.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Verify belongings and coordinate lost-and-found items.
• Check vehicles for damage and document findings for reports.
• Ensure proper fuel levels and collateral documentation at return.
• Maintain a tidy lot and smooth traffic flow.
• Understand CDW, Emerald Aisle, and Choice coverage options.
