Job summary

Kids for the Future, a family-owned Wisconsin company, is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. You’ll build relationships with customers over the phone, confidently recommend products to meet needs, and take ownership of orders to drive sales and customer success.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner across Wisconsin, using consultative selling and product knowledge to help customers grow their business while supporting our field sales team and ensuring

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, beverage, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
