Bio Fab Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day interactions, ensure accurate order processing, and support inside and outside sales engineers in a fast-growing process equipment business.

You will be the first voice customers hear, handle inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and maintain ERP-based order status. A detail-oriented, team-focused approach will help you thrive in our family-owned environment with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• Quick to learn ERP systems (Made to Manage).
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Assist with accounting functions as required.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Process orders accurately and route issues to inside sales as needed.
• Monitor emails and forward POs to inside sales for entry.
• Track and update orders in the ERP system and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage deliveries to ensure timelines.
