You will manage inbound/outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments with our Design Consultants, and maintain an organized CRM to drive consistent growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centers, appointment setting, inside sales, and CRM systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with leads and opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Speak with homeowners to understand project needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up dates.
• Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations and no-shows.
• Provide consultants with useful customer information before appointments.
• Maintain an organized follow-up pipeline to avoid lost opportunities.
• Re-engage past leads to generate additional business.
• Communicate professionally to represent Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County.
