Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking a driven Call Center & Customer Development Manager to own the front end of our customer-development process in Irvine, CA. You will turn leads into qualified appointments and manage the CRM to keep data accurate.

The role emphasizes rapid response, professional communication via phone, text and email, and consistent follow-up to create sales opportunities for our Design Consultants.

Qualifications

• Respond quickly to new leads from social media, website inquiries, referrals.
• Convert inquiries into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Engage homeowners to understand project priorities, timing and needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and organized follow-up workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer opportunities from lead entry through appointment confirmation.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up dates; minimize cancellations and no-shows.
• Provide Design Consultants with relevant customer and project information ahead of appointments.
• Re-engage previous customers and past leads to generate additional business.
• Support management with marketing, recruiting, scheduling and customer-development tasks.
