Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads from social media, website inquiries, referrals, and other sources.
• Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with new leads and uncontacted prospects.
• Convert customer inquiries into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Speak with homeowners to understand their project, priorities, and timing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, statuses, and follow-ups.
• Re-engage previous customers and referrals to generate additional business.
