Gather project details from homeowners to plan consults.
Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations and no-shows.
Maintain accurate CRM records and lead dispositions.
Re-engage past customers and referrals to generate more business.
Support marketing, social media, and scheduling initiatives as needed.
