Job summary

Innovative Health LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enter customer fulfillment requests into JDEdwards and coordinate with Shipping and Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional service.

You will interface with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, monitor status, and drive process improvements while maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent considered.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization.
• Able to enter, extract, evaluate and present data.
• Strong verbal and written communication; multitasking.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.
• Preferred experience with JDE or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, distributors, and field personnel to enter orders and resolve issues.
• Receive and review sales orders for accuracy using contract review procedures.
• Input sales orders, provide acknowledgements, and update customers on status.
• Collaborate with demand planning, production, and shipping to meet customer needs.
• Review reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with short- and long-term planning, and process improvements.
• Perform additional projects or duties as needed.
