Position Overview

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be an important part of our West Bend Branch team, helping members with everyday banking needs while delivering the welcoming, personalized service they expect from Kohler Credit Union.

This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurant service, retail, sales, customer relations, guest services, cash handling, and customer-facing positions. The communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills you've developed in these industries can translate directly into success in retail banking.

You’ll assist members with financial transactions, answer account questions, introduce digital banking tools, and connect members with financial products and services that support their goals.
