Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year customer experience with product referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Capable of using digital technology to support business goals.
• Able to work varying branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate app and ATM usage to customers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and services.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling, and local regulations.
