Renasant Bank is seeking a Teller to process transactions, assist customers, and identify sales opportunities while adhering to bank policies and risk controls. This role serves as a first point of contact, delivering accurate transactions and outstanding service to build trust and a positive branch experience.

Senior Tellers may back-up Head Teller, lead by example, and support coaching across operations. A High School diploma and prior cash handling or teller experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year teller experience and/or previous cash handling experience preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and identify opportunities to help customers with their financial needs by identifying cues and clues while processing their transaction.

• Mathematical ability to count cash and coin in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of and ability to learn bank products and solutions.
• Ability to travel for training, other development opportunities, and between branches, as needed.
• Senior Tellers: Minimum of 1 year successful teller experience.
• Senior Tellers: Minimum of 1 year previous back-up Head Teller experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer transactions effectively and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payoffs, official checks, etc.).
• Recognize and refer customers to the platform for needs-based conversations.
• Execute Renasant Bank service standards in every interaction.
• Own customer issues or refer to a teammate who can help address them.
• Maintain service knowledge standards with related regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Handle daily operations including balancing, supplies ordering, ATM and vault balancing, and branch capture procedures.
• Follow compliance, risk, and operational procedures to protect the bank.
• Stay updated on Teller-related regulations and procedures.
• Assist Head Teller with operational procedures and quarterly branch assessments.
• Coach and mentor teammates where appropriate and model operational excellence.
