Job summary

Dollar Bank, FSB seeks a Teller to serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming banking experience. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions for retail and business accounts, while identifying opportunities for referrals to meet customer needs.

Training will be provided, and the role emphasizes accuracy, ethics, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to travel as needed to training.

Responsibilities

Process transactions through teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash advances.
Meet established referral goals.
Maintain cash flow and security drawers, terminals, and other valuables.
Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Multitasking to shift between transactions.
Count money accurately with good arithmetic.
Access account information and process transactions with computer literacy.
Attend required classes to develop knowledge of Bank products and guidelines.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing quality customer service.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Uphold integrity and ethics in all duties.
