Travel for training may be required, and you will support branch operations and risk/compliance with attention to security and accuracy. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn banking systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel as needed.
• Prior customer service and/or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and verify customer identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer more complex needs to branch specialists and support branch operations.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and adhere to security procedures.
