Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year related work experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and complex teller transactions; verify amounts.
• Research and offer solutions to resolve customer issues and follow up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover needs and refer to platform partners.
• Make sales calls to clients/prospects weekly to meet referral goals.
• Maintain balance and error records and correct outages with help as needed.
• Follow security, risk management and compliance standards.
• Complete required training and meet scheduled hours.
