Responsibilities

• Operate cash drawer/recycler with high accuracy.
• Process customer financial transactions including deposits and loans.
• Accept checks for cashing or paying; verifies endorsement, validity, and funds.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Refer large or unusual transactions to a more experienced teller or banker.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, and processes cash advances.
• Handle ATM responsibilities as outlined by manager.
• Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with directing lobby traffic.
• Maintain cash handling standards and security procedures.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other teller duties as assigned.
