Job summary

Aldoa is hiring a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to partner with customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our software. You will be the first point of contact to solve problems, share insights, and support onboarding by translating customer data into the product configuration.

You’ll design complex forms and workflows within the platform, build configurations, and contribute to an ever-growing knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical support or implementation role.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across departments.
• Creative problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and practical support primarily through email, and via phone/video as needed.
• Design and build forms, workflows, and configurations in the Aldoa platform based on customer requirements.
• Contribute to creating and updating product documentation and guides for self-service support.
