Job summary

Aldoa is seeking a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to ensure customers get the most from our platform. You will be the first point of contact, solving problems, sharing insights, and helping onboard customers by implementing their data into the product in a technical capacity.

You will design complex forms and workflows in the Aldoa platform, support onboarding, and contribute to product docs to empower customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support or implementation.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.
• Starting salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000.
• Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and practical support primarily through email, with occasional phone or video calls.
• Design and build complex forms, workflows, and configurations in the Aldoa platform to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to creating and updating product documentation and guides for customer self-service.
