Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member for full-time hours across our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle payments, prepare and serve quality food, and keep workstations clean and stocked to meet guests' needs.

The role requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends and holidays, with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO and 401(k) matching, plus perqs like earned wage access and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and accurately process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating and stocking.
• Prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning tasks.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
