Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers seeks a Team Member to join our full-time team at our travel plazas. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle food prep and service, and assist in daily operations to keep the plaza running smoothly.

Responsibilities include serving guests, operating POS, stocking, cleaning, and following brand standards and safety procedures. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare, serve quality food, stock and clean workstations.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
