Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, operate the POS system, and assist with food prep across our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest.

This non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, with benefits such as meal discounts, Earned Wage Access, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and maintain food safety standards.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist in meeting customer needs and store operations as assigned.
