Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers at our Northeast/Midwest travel plazas. You will assist customers, handle cash at the POS, and support food prep and station upkeep.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and engaging with customers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and plaza guests.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food items, handle stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment; maintain brand standards.
• Assist with cross-selling and up-sell opportunities and knowledge of products.
