Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member – Full Time to provide friendly customer service, maintain clean and stocked facilities, and process transactions across our travel plazas.

You will support food preparation, ensure safe handling, and work across a variety of duties to meet customer needs at our busy travel plazas. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
