Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, clean and stock areas, and efficiently process transactions. You will assist travelers and work across food service and retail duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and availability for flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers and guests.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Prepare and serve quality food, and stock and stockroom organization.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and sanitize equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Know products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
