As a Team Member, you will handle cash, assist customers, stock shelves, ensure a clean store, and support safe operations while delivering best-in-class service aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy.
• Stocking products and keeping the store clean and professional.
• Provide friendly, prompt service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surroundings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to help increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
