ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Weaverville to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness while delivering outstanding customer service. The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $19.00 per hour, with scheduled increases over five years.

You will work with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience, following policies and safety guidelines, and supporting store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products to maximize sales.
• Operate POS system to scan and process purchases.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, report hazards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and in-store duties.
