Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing Automotive Service Porter to welcome customers to the service department and ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor. You will help manage vehicles on the lot and maintain cleanliness and organization.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are a plus; physical tasks include lifting and moving

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair order to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle, and thanking customers for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
