The role supports Service Advisors by ensuring a smooth transition for customers and keeping vehicles clean and well-presented.

Candidates should have an unrestricted driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Installs disposable coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers and thanks them for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures; attends required meetings and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
