The Porter will provide essential service to the Service Department and other teams, directing customers and offering beverages while helping ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Vehicle movement.
• Welcome customers upon arrival.
• Direct customers to the correct department.
• Offer coffee and refreshments.
• Answer basic customer questions.
• Safely move vehicles around the dealership.
• Assist staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist the Service Department as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies; report accidents immediately to a supervisor.
• Assist with other dealership needs as needed.
