Job summary

Pond's Plumbing in Utah is seeking a reliable Service Dispatcher who will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and coordinating with service technicians to ensure satisfaction.

You will enter and track requests in online portals, prioritize urgent matters, and maintain accurate documentation. This full-time role follows a 9:00am-5:00pm schedule, on-site at our North Salt Lake location.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Preferred experience with Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls promptly, providing helpful information, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Speak clearly and professionally to customers, service technicians, and team members in stressful situations.
• Schedule and track multiple technicians, manage customer requests, and follow up on pending issues.
• Prioritize urgent matters and think quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in online portals to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability in fulfilling duties.
