Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client care, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off. Estimated annual compensation range: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 (base hourly rate & monthly bonus structure).

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
• Schedule service appointments
• Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
• Schedule deliveries
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
• Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
• Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
• Other duties assigned by management team
